Michelin was founded in 1889 by brothers Edward and Andre in France. They truly made history by inventing radial tires in 1946 and revolutionized the tire industry. The recent innovations include Michelin’s energy tires which offer a twenty percent reduction in rolling resistance and use four percent less fuel than conventional radial tires.

Michelin is also involved in endurance racing and manufacture tires for Formula 1, Moto GP and other racing events. They technology they developed for endurance racing tires is now also used in high performance street tires. That’s why their ultra high performance tires are one of the best in the market.
