1. ORDERING: FOR BETTER SERVICE PLEASE GIVE US YEAR & MODEL & MAKE OF THE CAR YOU ARE REQUESTING WHEEL FOR. 2. PERFORMANCES: All information on this site is provided to our best ability. We do not assume any responsibility for errors and or incorrect application. OEM prices and Photographs on the site are for reference only. 3. PRICES: Due to constant price fluctuation on OEM parts and foreign currencies, prices are subject to change without prior notice. 5. DELIVERY: All our wheel orders require a signature as confirmation of delivery. Fedex or UPS driver will not deliver the order without a signature. 5. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS: All wheel products are inspected before delivery. However Damage may occur during handling. We request that customers inspect all wheels upon delivery. W&R does not assume any responsibility for damage after inspection and signing by the purchaser at the time of delivery. All other returns will not be accepted after 14 days from purchase date with out authorization from W&R. Damaged, or altered wheel products will not be accepted. Driver signature on the invoice proves he or she checked the wheel products for any defects; (damage & wrong) at your present. We will not accept any damage wheels or wrong wheels after driver & you signs the invoice. All returns shell be accompanied by an original receipt from Wheels N' Rims or its assignee. All returns and cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee, unless caused by our error. 6. DAMAGE CLAIMS: Please make damage claims directly to the carrier for orders shipped via common carrier. 7. PAYMENT: All sales must be paid via credit cards, cashier checks or money orders. Returned checks are subject to $25 service charge. Dishonored checks are subject to penalty set by the California State Law (Chapter 522 Sec 1719) and all other related collection cost including attorney fees. 8. W&R does not warranty any labor cost incurred during installation, and shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of any its parts. Wheels and Rims have a lifetime warranty with a proof of invoice. 9. By purchasing wheel products from W&R you are assuming all responsibility. |
